Step One 

Click this link to fill out my onboarding form. It takes about 2-3 minutes to complete. Once we receive and review, we will send an invoice for 50% non-refundable 1st installment invoice. We will not be able to begin any services until that invoice is paid.

Step Two

HOW TO
HIRE US

Once the invoice is paid. You will receive an invite to set up the initial design consultation.

 

After, we will begin web design services. Turnaround time is 30-40  business days. 

Please note clients are responsible for providing the wording (ie bio, services description, product descriptions, etc.) and  The Agent Factory is responsible for the Website Design.  The client must provide all of the information needed for the design process to start and be delivered within the 30-40 day turnaround time.

*All rush orders for 2 WEEK TURNAROUND will incur a $350 rush fee*

Step Three

Once website design is completed, you will receive link via email to review.  Once approved the final payment invoice will be sent. Once fully approved by client, final installment payment invoice will be sent. Upon final installment payment, final product will be delivered via email with login information for your website.

COMMUNICATION 

So that neither parties have any miscommunication or confusion, all client communication is via email. This protects us; the design team and you; the client so that any and all ideas, communication, and feedback are properly documented for both of our records.

PHOTOGRAPHY

We require high-quality/resolution photos for our website design service. We will not accept selfies, screenshots of products, or low-resolution photos. If you are concerned about your image quality please feel free to submit them here for us to review.

 

COPY & COPYRIGHT

Clients are responsible for all wording content while The Agent Factory is responsible for the design. We encourage all clients to proofread all wording sent over, we will not correct any grammar or spelling errors if they become excessive.

CONTENT + COPY

All content must be uploaded via the questionnaire form only. Any additional content added or forgotten may require an additional fee. Please keep in mind your deadline date could possibly be delayed due to the inconvenience or due to you not filling out your forms in a timely manner.

Installments + Payments

All projects require a 100% non-refundable deposit. The final payment is needed before sending any final files. Proof files will be sent for approval with a watermark, once fully approved by the client, the final installment payment invoice will be sent. Upon final installment payment, final product will be delivered via email with the watermark removed.  

 

Content + Copy

All content must be uploaded via this questionnaire form only. Any additional content added or forgotten may require an additional fee. Please keep in mind your deadline date could possibly be delayed due to the inconvenience or due to you not filling out your forms in a timely manner.
