Nishikwa provides a unique combination of business consulting and hands-on done-for-you implementation to real estate agents. As a second-time entrepreneur with a background in operations, project management, and creative design, Nishikwa knows the pressure real estate agents put on themselves to do it all — all the time. She helps agents step out of overwhelm by setting boundaries and building a solid foundation for their businesses.
How it started vs. how it's going
2020
CREATED MY FIRST INTAKE PROCESS
2020 was the year we thought the industry would collapse. It did the complete opposite, I sold more homes than ever and realized I needed better systems and process to manage it all.
2023
HONED IN ON MY NICHE
Truly found my passion. I am not the systems coach that will teach you how to lead gen. I am the person thats asks you how you want to lead generate and then build a system and process around how you want to do it.
2017
BECAME A LICENSED REALTOR
Started off real estate with no clue or idea how I was going to build a business with no guidance while working a full time 9-5 job as a consultant.
2022
STARTED TEACHING OTHERS HOW TO DO THE SAME
100 families serviced using the processes that I created and I couldn't wait to share the systems and processes with other agents as well. Started teaching classes for brokerages.
