Step One
Kickstart your journey with a 20 -minute discovery call. Here, we'll briefly discuss your goals and outline the road ahead for how we can transform your business.
Step Two
Start the onboarding process. A straightforward and transparent contract signing to officially mark the beginning of our partnership. From there we spend time diving into your backend and setting up all new processes and systems completely hands off for you.
Step Three
Our 1:1 Hand off session. We sit down and take a deep dive into your newly set up personalized systemized and automations plan to teach you how to run them properly.

FAQ
How do your packages work?
There are several different options to work together. Our lowest service option starts at $149 and can go up to $3500 for the Done For You service option. We also offer digital products to help move your business forward!
Who will work on my project?
You will work directly with Nishikwa, the founder of the company. She is a systems guru and loves to support business owners in this area. She may have a team member or two helping BTS but your main contact will be Nishikwa.
What does post project support look like?
You will have access to a private slack channel for 1 month post project to ask any questions that arise.
Where are you located?
We are based out of Charleston, SC but offer services to anyone nationwide. Meetings will be handled via Zoom.
How does the process start?
First, take a minute to fill out our contact form and we will be in touch to setup a call! From there if you move forward you will receive a proposal. After completing the contract & invoice we will book our initial kick-off call!
How will we communicate during the project?
You will have a private dedicated Slack channel to communicate on a regular basis with Nishikwa.
You will also have zoom meetings throughout the project (kickoff and handoff calls). Additionally you will receive a custom dashboard with all the essential info you'll need for your project.
